It was decided that the group should try to push through the remaining risk categories (operational, pricing, reputation, and strategic) over the next few meetings, before going back to refine the categories already covered.

Carl presented the Operational Risk section to the overall group for discussion. Comments were added to the working document.

• Vendor relations added as new area within category
  
• Should HIPPA be handled explicitly?
  
• Fraud split between internal (operational risk) vs. external (environmental risk)
